Click and pick is an online service which is free of cost. i.e. No extra charge will be added for store pick up. Using this service, customer will get the flexibility of ordering online from the comfort of their own home and the convenience of being able to pick up their order while they are out and about. The order will be ready for the customers. Customers’ don’t need to worry about the problem of product getting out of stock. Moreover, they don’t need to worry about the couriers as well. In addition, customers can order exclusive offers from while picking up from physical store

  •          Ordering via Click & Pick
    •    How do I pay for my Click & Pick Order?
    You Can use any of the payment options or pay in the store while picking up the product.
    •    How do I confirm that My Click & Pick Order is placed?
    Once you've placed your order, you will receive an order placement email with the items purchased, the store address. You will then receive a call from customer care for verification and confirmation
  •          How Can I Place Click & Pick Order?
    Look for the Click & Pick icon on the shipping address of checkout page. Then you can choose the store and get information if the product is available on that particular store.
  •          How do I know when my order is in store?
    It will be confirmed when you checkout with your selected item.
  •          What happens if I’m not happy with something I have ordered upon receiving? 
    On the rare occasion, if you are not satisfied with the product you have ordered, you can look for a different product of the same or higher amount from the store itself & pay the balance amount to store after billing.
  •          What do I do if I'm not happy with the substitute I am given or would like an item refunded? 
    Apex ensures you'll be delighted with your purchases, but if you're not 100% satisfied for any reason you can simply exchange the order for anything else in store.
    Apex Store will not be liable to issue refund for the cancelled order.
    The Refund of the paid amount will be initiated in your account directly as a voucher Please allow 5 working days for this refund to show in your account.
  •          Can I amend or cancel my Click & Pick order on the website?
    You can amend the order till the order is confirmed or in case of online payment before the order is received from the store.   •          Where should I Pick my order from?
    Your Order will be in Apex store of your choice which you have selected upon placing the Order.  You can approach any one of our staff members who will happily assist you in picking up your Click & Pick order from the cash counter
  •          How long will my order(s) be kept in store for Picking?
    We will keep your order in store for 3 days from the date we inform you by email confirmation.


  •          What happens if I cannot Pick my order?
    We will keep your order in store for 10 days from the date we inform you by email that it is ready for Picking. If you cannot Pick your order within this time you will be called from our customer care (0961722344)
  •          What do I need to take with me when I Pick my Order?
    You will need to take your order number; you will find this on your confirmation email, and one piece of ID from the following list: voter id card, passport, driving license, i.e. any proof which authenticates your name & address.
  •          Can someone else Pick items on my behalf?
    Yes, but they will have to take your order number; you will find this on your confirmation email, and one piece of ID from the following list to identify themselves: voter id card, pan card, passport, driving license, card i.e. any proof which authenticates  individual’s name & address along with a handover letter mentioning your acceptance.  
  •          How do I return items delivered by Click & Pick? What if customer takes back home & now want to return for refund?
    You will be able to return any Click & Pick order for a full refund within 14 days of picking it.   •          Can I try my order on when I pick it up and then return if not right?
    Yes you will be able to try your order on in store after you have picked it. If an item is not quite right, we will be able to exchange the item for you.
