Return and Exchange Policy:

1.        Customer can return/exchange the received product in unused condition within 7 days
2.        All SALE and promotional-priced items and any items that are sold below the MRP are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. 
3.        For any return/exchange, customer needs to inform Apex Customer Care by calling:0961722344 or email at:[email protected] within 24 hours of receiving the delivery 
4.        Customer can order the same product in different size/color or a different product of the same value in return/exchange
5.        Customer can exchange any ordered product for 1 time only
6.        Products ordered through online, cannot be returned/exchanged at physical stores       
7.        Once the product is sold, refund is not possible and customer will be issued a voucher that can be used in apex4u.com only. The voucher is valid for one year of generation
8.        Return Voucher will be generated once customer returns the product

Shipping methods

We process one shipping address per order. If you would like to ship to different addresses you could consider placing separate orders and making payments for them separately. You can also check to see if our shipping service is available for the address you intend to have your ordered products delivered to. 

In the current pandemic situation, orders will be delivered to only selected areas in and outside Dhaka depending on logistics service availability: 

• Inside Dhaka:   Delivers within 7 business days

• Outside Dhaka:   Delivers within 9 business days
