Purchase, Return & Exchange Policy

Exchange Policy:

  • Customers can request an exchange for their purchased item in fresh/unused condition within 02 days after receiving the delivery. After 02 days, Apex will not accept any exchange request.
  • A customer has to request an exchange by sending an email to [email protected] and attach the product image and invoice in the email for reference.
  • Apex will NOT accept any exchange request through the call center; therefore, the Customer needs to email to record an exchange request.
  • The exchange process will take up to 60 working days from the date of email received.
  • Customer CANNOT exchange an online purchase from any retail store.
  • An exchange facility can be availed only once with the same product(s) and SKU(s).
  • Customers can only exchange their item with an online purchase invoice & original shoe box and packaging.
  • Delivery cost in terms of exchange under the terms of this Exchange Policy will be borne by the Customer.
  • The Customer needs to send the product for exchange to the Apex E-commerce Warehouse for a product quality check.
  • Customers will only receive an exchange if the product condition is in fresh/unused condition when received in the Apex E-commerce Warehouse.
  • If the requested product size is not available after the product quality check, the Customer will be given an online voucher for the exchange price (product purchase value).
  • If the Apex QC team declares that” the product is not in saleable condition,” the same product will be sent to the Customer.
  • There will be NO cash refund under any circumstances.
  • There will be NO return of the purchased product/s.

 

Warranty Policy:

At Apex, we are committed to customer satisfaction, and all products are controlled for quality and size through a rigorous quality assurance and control system. In the rare case that our product(s) fail to delight, Customer (s) may avail of our following warranty facility-

  • We offer a warranty on the products sold by us by full replacement due to major material and/ or workmanship defects, or by repair of minor material and/or workmanship defects.
  • Major material and workmanship defects are limited to i) Sole abrasion and sole cracking ii) Upper tearing or sock material cracking or insole cracking iii) Ornaments, trims, elastic, zipper and buckles (excluding product disclaimer) failure and removal where repair is not possible.
  • Minor material and workmanship defects are limited to i) Upper polishing variances ii) Sole bonding defect iii) Lace tearing iv) Hand stitch failure v) Buckle and buckle elastic change vi) Velcro change vii) Trims, rivet and eyelets cracking and removal.
  • Customer(s) can avail our warranty facility under the terms of this warranty policy on his/her purchased product(s) within 30 (thirty) days after delivery the same.
  • Replacement under terms of this warranty policy can only be done with the product(s) of same and/or higher value subject to payment of the price difference.
  • Under the terms of this warranty policy, repair will be done within 10 working days after placing the claim.
  • No warranty facility will be applicable under the terms of this warranty policy without an online purchase receipt/invoice.
  • No warranty facility will be applicable under the terms of this warranty policy without communication with our customer care service within 30 days after delivery of any order.

Guaranty Policy Exclusively for “Chirbena”

  • We offer a guaranty on Chirbena Product(s) sold by us by full replacement due to major and minor material and/or workmanship defects.
  • Major material and workmanship defects are limited to i) Sole abrasion and sole cracking ii) Upper tearing or sock material cracking or insole cracking iii) Ornaments, trims, elastic, zipper and buckles (excluding product disclaimer) failure and removal where repair is not possible.
  • Minor material and workmanship defects are limited to i) Upper polishing variances ii) Sole bonding defect iii) Lace tearing iv) Hand stitch failure v) Buckle and buckle elastic change vi) Velcro change vii) Trims, rivet and eyelets cracking and removal.
  • Customer can avail our guarantee facility under the terms of this guarantee policy within 12 (twelve) months after purchasing his/her Chirbena Product(s).
  • Replacement under the terms of this guarantee policy can only be applicable with the Chirbena Product(s) of same and/or higher value subject to payment of the price difference.
  • No guarantee facility will be applicable under the terms of this guarantee policy without original purchase receipt/invoice and guaranty card.

Special Terms:

  • Special terms will be applicable on order, exchange, warranty and guaranty policy;
  • During any sales campaign, the product will be delivered within 10 working days after the order is confirmed in terms of inside Dhaka and 15 working days outside Dhaka.
  • Customer can exchange, replace and repair his/her purchased product(s) under the terms of above policies only for once in the manner of as specified by our customer care service.
  • Product(s) purchased through apex4u.com will not be exchanged, replaced or repaired @Apex Retail Shop under the terms of above policies.
  • No cash refund will be applicable in any manner.
  • The product(s) purchased under any DISCOUNT price/sales campaign cannot be exchanged, replaced or repaired under the terms of above policies.
  • Due to hygiene factors, apparel items like undergarments and socks will not be exchanged, replaced, or repaired under the terms of above policies.
  • Customer can avail warranty and guaranty facility on his/her purchased product(s) subject to reasonable and foreseeable use of the same. Claim against damage due to misuse, but are not limited to, poor maintenance, neglect, abuse, installation or alteration that is improper or inappropriate, used outside of the purpose of the product, improper care, normal wear and tear, abrasive, sink in water, hole, burn or shrink will not be entertained.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected. We will not be held responsible or liable for any failure for the Purchase to complete, or any resulting loss or damages to you.
