Exchange Policy:
If you are not completely satisfied with the products you purchased, you can easily exchange the item in fresh, unused condition, at any of our stores within 15 days of the purchase date, along with your receipt or invoice for online orders, and we will gladly exchange the product. Please note that the exchange product’s value should be equal to or higher than the original price. If exchanging for a higher-value item, the purchase value difference must be paid.
Alternatively, you can also exchange your items by placing exchange requests through email at customercare@apexfootwearltd.com. The respective items must be reverted to the Apex E-commerce warehouse at Holding-01 (beside Anarkali Cinema hall), Tongi, 1710, Dhaka. Such exchange will be processed within 30 (thirty) working days after receipt of the item(s) in accordance with the terms of this Exchange Policy.
Return Policy:
Our primary goal is to ensure your utmost satisfaction with every purchase you make from us. We understand that sometimes situations arise, and you may need to consider a return. We want you to feel confident and supported throughout the process. We will rectify any such claims or discrepancies related to your purchase.
Any unfortunate chance, you receive a product that meets any of the following condition(s), we offer a hassle-free return process to ensure your complete satisfaction
- If you receive an item with significant quality defects
- If your products arrive damaged
- Wrong item, size, or color being delivered
- Product lost in shipment
Also note that, to be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
