• Valid customer name & mobile number are mandatory.
• Apex Rewards members can earn 100 bonus points on registration.
• Regular members can earn 1 point for every Tk. 200 purchase.
• Silver members can earn 2 points for every Tk. 200 purchase.
• Gold members can earn 4 points for every Tk. 200 purchase.
• Platinum and MTB Platinum members can earn 5 points for every Tk. 200 purchase.
• 1 point is equivalent to Tk. 1.
• A maximum of 2,000 points can be redeemed each time
• A minimum of 100 points can be redeemed each time
• Points can be redeemed in multiples of 50
• Points validity – 1 year from the adding date.
• For point redemption, members will receive an OTP SMS, the OTP will then be verified by the cashier.

Terms and Conditions:

• Registered members can earn & redeem points at any Apex outlet and Apex website.
• Discount outlets and discount products are not applicable for the Apex Rewards program.
• Birthday/Anniversary coupons cannot be redeemed on discount products.
• Any coupon, unless stated will not be applicable on discounts or other ongoing campaigns.
• Members must provide mobile numbers at the cash counter to earn & redeem points against their purchase(s).
• Apex Footwear employees cannot register for ‘Apex Rewards’.
• Customers can register online purchases from https://www.apex4u.com/
• Customers cannot register from Discount stores & Franchisee stores.

Upgrades:

• Customers spending between Tk. 1,700-2,499 in a year are eligible for Regular membership
• Customers spending between Tk. 2,500-7,499 in a year are eligible for Silver membership
• Customers spending between Tk. 7,500-14,999 in a year are eligible for Gold membership
• Customers spending Tk. 15,000 and above in a year are eligible for Platinum membership
• Regular members can get promoted to Silver by spending Tk. 2500-7499 in a year.
• Silver members can get promoted to Gold by spending between Tk. 7,500 – 14,999 in a year.
• Gold members can get promoted to Platinum by spending Tk. 15000 or above in a year.
