Delivery & Activation
• The purchased card will be delivered following Apex’s standard delivery timeline.
• The card will be activated within 48 hours after successful delivery.
Loyalty Card Benefits

• Complimentary Free Shipping coupons for apex4u.com can be used up to 10 times during the card’s validity period.
• A complimentary Bespoke Service coupon can be used once to avail a 10% discount during the card’s validity period.

Card Activation Process
• The Store Manager will contact the customer within 48 hours after the card is successfully delivered.
• The Store Manager will collect the required information for card activation.
• After entering the details in POS, an OTP will be sent to the customer’s registered mobile number via SMS.
• The customer must share the OTP with the Store Manager for verification.
• Once verified, the Loyalty Card will be successfully activated.
