Delivery & Activation

• The purchased card will be delivered following Apex’s standard delivery timeline.

• The card will be activated within 48 hours after successful delivery.

Loyalty Card Benefits

• Members can enjoy a flat 15% discount on up to 15 items per year.

• Complimentary Free Shipping coupons for apex4u.com can be used up to 15 times during the card’s validity period.

• A complimentary Bespoke Service coupon can be used once to avail a 15% discount during the card’s validity period.

• The card is valid for one year from the date of issuance.

• Each customer can purchase only one card using a single mobile number within one year.

• Members will receive 100 welcome points upon purchase and an additional 100 birthday points.

• The card is valid only for use at Apex stores.

• Cardholders must present the card to redeem benefits.

Card Activation Process

• The Store Manager will contact the customer within 48 hours after the card is successfully delivered.

• The Store Manager will collect the required information for card activation.

• After entering the details in POS, an OTP will be sent to the customer’s registered mobile number via SMS.

• The customer must share the OTP with the Store Manager for verification.

• Once verified, the Elite Card will be successfully activated.
